The kitchen had good bones — but the owners wanted more. More openness. More connection. More of that effortless, elevated feel that makes cooking and entertaining actually enjoyable.
The wall separating the kitchen from the great room came down, and in its place: a thoughtfully designed, fully custom space that now flows naturally into the living area. Yorkshire custom cabinetry in a clean flat-panel Sagamore door style with a warm Melted Brie finish gives the space a grounded, sophisticated character. Pompeii Quartz countertops in the Regalo colorway bring softness and depth, while a herringbone ceramic backsplash in glacier white adds just the right amount of texture.
At the sink, an Elkay Crosstown undermount paired with a Rohl pull-down faucet handles the everyday with style. Under-cabinet LED lighting keeps the workspace bright and the atmosphere warm after dark. This is a kitchen that earns its place at the heart of the home.

A Signature Hardware 66" freestanding soaking tub anchors the room, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling Ocean White honed tile that brings a calm, spa-like quality to every inch of the space. The custom shower features a built-in niche and seat, a slide bar with hand shower, and a complete Rohl Lombardia fixture package — the kind of details that make a morning routine feel like something to look forward to.
The water closet was redesigned with a new framed pocket door for added privacy and a cleaner layout. Dual Yorkshire custom vanities finished in Pompeii Quartz White Mountain flank the room, each with a Kohler Verticyl sink and Rohl Lombardia widespread faucet. New Panasonic Ultra Quiet exhaust fans run silently in the background. Nothing was overlooked.

Luxury vinyl plank flooring in the Coretech WPC 159 selection runs continuously through every living area, bedroom, and transition space, creating a seamless backdrop that lets the design breathe.
Custom trim — baseboard, door casing, and crown molding — was installed fresh throughout, along with all-new flat-panel interior doors in a clean, modern profile. Satin nickel Emtek Merrimack lever hardware on every door brings a quiet consistency to the details. Even the columns and arched headers that once separated the dining room from the morning room were removed, opening the layout and letting light and air move freely through the living spaces.
The beach terrace received its own refresh, with new 24x24 Coralina Bone tile extending the home's polished aesthetic to the outdoors.
